Loves Rubberstamps Saturday Inspiration: Celebrate!

Hello and Happy Saturday!  I have quite a few birthdays coming up in the next few months so I thought I'd start getting some cards created!  

Here's my b-day card share....

This adorable Dollie with Cupcake is always a perfect image for fun, girly birthday cards!  Dollie is so super cute and who doesn't love cupcakes too, right?!!  I colored her up with my copics and then added Wink of Stella all over her dress and cupcake for some fun sparkle!  I also added some polka dots to parts of her dress with my white gel pen.   I love to do that!  For the background, I used one of my favorite Doodlebug Designs papers called "Sweetheart"and I thought it matched so well with her outfit!  I also sprinkled some sequins on the background which always seems to complete my card! :)

TGF Farm Fresh Friday Challenge: Stripes and Plaids Just 4 U!!!

Hello Friends and happy TGIF!  I'm so happy it's finally the weekend! Yay!!! It has been such a hectic week at work and it will also be a busy weekend too.  However,  I'm hoping to find a little bit of time for rest and relaxation.  Crossing my fingers anyways! Lol  So I am hosting the FFF challenge this week on The Greeting Farm Blog.   I picked the theme of Stripes or Plaid!

   Here is my card for some inspiration...

My creation features the newest member of the Dollie collection....this is Dollie with Cupcake!!!  She is so adorable and I had a lot of fun coloring her up with my copics.  Since this is a birthday card, I wanted to use some fun, bright colors for this festive occasion.  I also added some polka dots with my white gel pen to her dress and on the heart in her hair.  For my background, I went with Stripes!  I just took used some masking tape and distress inks to make my stripes.  So much fun!  I added some small mini hearts randomly on my card as well as some twine.  The sentiment "Just 4U" also comes from this fun stamp set.

The Greeting Farm July Preview Day #3 featuring cute "Dollie with Cupcake"!

Hello Friends!!! Are you ready for another sweet treat?  Well, we have a special one for you this 3rd Preview Day of the July Release!

Introducing Dollie with Cupcake!!!

And here she is... 

Yay!!! Another adorable Dollie and I love that she is carrying a yummy cupcake!   I'm lovin' this Dollie collection and this one is super cute!  Her outfit was so much fun to paper piece and I also added some Wink of Stella pink to her shoes and frosting on her cupcake.    I even decided to paper piece some funky polka dot socks on her! :)    Dollie with Cupcake will be released at The Greeting Farm store on 7/1/2014.   Please check out The Greeting Farm Blog.   We have some amazingly gorgeous creations for you today by the DT featuring this adorable dollie!
