Loves Rubberstamps Saturday Inspiration: Got Lemons?

Hello!  How is everyone doing?  I am so excited as today starts my first day of some much needed vacation time! Now most of my time off will probably be doing some Spring cleaning and getting ready for the Easter holiday.  Can you believe it's almost Easter?!!!  I am hoping I can also include some fun time with the family, some relaxation and of course, some crafting time!:)

So here is my card...

My card today features another adorable images from the Pure Innocence collection by MFT.  I just can't get enough of this cute gal!  This one is called "Pucker Up" and I had so much fun coloring her up with my copics.   I just love her cute little lemonade stand!  The fun lemon paper I used in the background is from a collection called "Nan's Favourites" by Kaisercraft.  I kept my card pretty simple adding some enamel dots from My Mind's Eye, some yellow twine and a button.  The cute sentiment "Got Lemons" is from the same PI stamp set.

Here are the Supplies Used:
Scalloped Ovals - Spellbinders
Mustard Seed - Tim Holtz Distress Ink
Nan's Favourites - Kaisercraft
Enamel Dots - My Mind's Eye
Black Tuxedo -Memento Ink
Be sure to stop by the Loves Rubberstamps store to see the items used on my card and to see all of the latest MFT Pure Innocence stamp sets!

Have a wonderful Saturday!

Hugs,
Marcy

Loves Rubberstamps Saturday Inspiration: Bear Hugs

Hello Friends and Happy Saturday! It's my day at Loves Rubberstamps and I have some inspiration for you all today!

Here's my card share...

So I know this card has a "Get Well" theme so I wanted to make it bright and cheery for the person receiving it!  This image called "Bear Hugs" from the Pure Innocence collection by MFT would put a smile on anyone's face, right?!!  Isn't she so adorable holding her little teddy bear?  She's one of the newer releases and being such a big PI fan, I just had to get her!  I pretty much paper pieced her whole outfit other than her skin and hair colored with my copics,  and her shoes which I used my Wink of Stella in Pink on.   I even paper pieced cute Teddy! :)  The pretty papers I used are called "True Friends" by Carta Bella.   I just love this pretty Springtime collection.  To finish off my card, I added some enamel dots which I picked up recently at Michaels.

Here are the Supplies Used:
Bear Hugs - MFT Pure Innocence Collection
Scalloped Ovals - Spellbinders
Victorian Velvet - Tim Holtz Distress Ink
True Friends - Carta Bella
Black Tuxedo -Memento Ink
Be sure to stop by the Loves Rubberstamps store to see the items used on my card and to see all of the latest MFT Pure Innocence stamp sets!  Also, don't forget to check out the blog tomorrow for the "Sensational Sunday" Blog Hop!

Thank you so much for stopping by and have a wonderful weekend!

Hugs,
Marcy

Loves Rubberstamps Inspiration Day: Happy Birthday to You

Hello Friends!  I hope you're all having a wonderful weekend!  My weekend is packed with kids' sport games and some birthday celebrations.  I actually have quite a few birthdays in March which is why I thought of making a birthday card to share.

Here's it is...

You might recognize this design as the MFT sketch of the week.  I've started following their "Sketchy Wednesday" challenges recently and I just have so much fun joining when I can.  Plus I just adore the Pure Innocence collection and of course MFT's awesome Die-Namics,  so why not have another reason to create with these wonderful products, right?!  This little birthday girl is called "Hello Cupcake" from MFT.  Isn't she so adorable and don't you wish you had a cupcake that big?!   I sure do!!! :)   She is from my favorite PI collection.  I colored her up with my copic markers and paper pieced her dress as well as the cupcake.  I also had some fun adding some stickles to the sprinkles and the cherry on her cupcake to give it even more yumminess! :)

Here are the Supplies Used:
PI Hello Cupcake - MFT
Victorian Velvet - Tim Holtz Distress Ink
Black Tuxedo-Memento Ink
RSVP - Basic Grey

I'm entering this card in this week's MFT Get Sketchy Challenge 167.  Wish me luck! :)

Hope you all like my birthday card!  Have a wonderful weekend!

Hugs,
Marcy
