Here's my card share for the hop....

First of all, I hope for those of you who celebrated that you had a wonderful and special Christmas with your families and that you have a nice New Year's Celebration to come as well! I'm so excited for the new year and looking forward to the exciting and new things to come!  So back to my card, I decided to create a CAS card using this adorable Saturated Canary cutie called Crisscross Applesauce!  Isn't she sooooo adorable!  I had fun coloring her up with my copics and also added lots of Wink of Stella glitter to her outfit. The fun sentiment was just something I found in my stash.  I thought it was fun and went well with my card.  I also couldn't resist pulling out some enamel dots which I've been missing lately!

Hope you are all enjoying the hop!  If you have a chance, head on over to the Loves Rubberstamps Challenge Blog for the Holiday Blitz Challenge still going on for a few more days!  There are a lot of fun prizes for this challenge which you are not going to want to miss!

Thanks so much for stopping by and Happy New Year 2015!!!

Hugs,
Marcy

The Greeting Farm FFF: Tag Your It!

Hello Friends and Happy TGIF!!!  I hope every who celebrated had a fun and very special Christmas yesterday! I can't believe how fast it came and went! And although my household was struggling with colds this last week, it still is always such a special holiday for us and was beautiful and joyous day!  Well this week's FFF theme is a fun one: Tags!!! Make a tag or add one to your card or project!

Here's my card for some inspirataion...

I couldn't resist using Cheers Anya once again! I think she's now my favorite hoiday image this year!  I had fun coloring her up with my copics and paper piecing her cute dress.  I decided to add her onto a tag for my card and kept it pretty simple by just embossing my kraft base and adding some sequins as always!  Hope you like my card and be sure to head over to the TGF blog to check out the amazing projects by the rest of the TGF farmers and to also see the details for this challenge!  I also want to say this is a bittersweet post because it is my last one for The Greeting Farm.  Sadly, our DT reign for 2014 is coming to an end and I'm really going to miss this team.  However, a shout out to our awesome team, the coordinators and owner, Marie who have made this incredible experience so wonderful and special.  I am definitely not going to be far from the FARM and will continue to create with these images which I've grown attached to and love so much!  There's going to be lots of new and exciting things happening on the FARM in 2015 so stay tuned....

Lots of Holiday Hugs and Blessings to you all!

Marcy

Loves Rubberstamps Inspiration Day: Season's Tweetings!

Hello! I'm here with my last Inspiration Day share for 2014!!!  Can you believe Christmas and the New Year 2015 are almost here?!!  Well I've finally finished all of my handmade Christmas cards and here is one more that I wanted to share with you all...

So Lawn Fawn is one of my new favorite stamps to play with and I was excited to create a Christmas card with this adorable set called Winter Sparrows!  For the cute birds, I colored them up with my Copic Markers and added lots of Wink of Stella to make them sparkle.  For the tree branch, the notes and the sentiment, I embossed them using some Ranger black sparkle embossing powder.  It really looks so pretty up close.  The fun background paper is from a collection called Frosty Friends by Doodlebug Designs.  I love the design which looks like a pretty teal and snowy sky behind the singing birds! :)  To finish off my card, I embossed the base with some polka dots and then added a bow made with some holiday trim from my stash.

Here are the Supplies Used:
Frosty Friends - Doodlebug Designs
Black Tuxedo - Memento
Versamark Ink - Tsukineko
Black Sparkle Embossing Powder - Ranger

Hope my card gives you some holiday inspiration and I hope you all have a very special and safe holiday season!

Hugs,
Marcy

TGF Farm Fresh Friday Challenge: A Winter card with Beanie Anya!

Hello and Happy Friday!  Is everyone ready for Christmas next week?  I can't believe it's here already and I still have shopping to do! Yikes! LOL Well today, I'm hosting a new FFF over on The Greeting Farm blog!!! The theme I chose is Winter!  So get out those frosty creations and join us! :)

Here's my card for some inspirataion...

So I FINALLY jumped on the Shaker card Band Wagon!!! :)  Kinda late with that but I thought better late than never, right?!  I've always wanted to try making one so I thought this week was the perfect opportunity.  The only set back was digging around for some plastic to cover the shaker part of my card.  But this was sooooo much fun to create and I can't wait to make another one!  As you can see, I went a little overboard with sequins but then again, you can never have enough sequins, right?!! :)  Oh btw, this cutie is Beanie Anya (Retired) and I colored her up with my copic markers.  I added lots of Wink of Stella as always.  The fun papers are from Doodlebug Designs.

Hope you like my card and be sure to head over to the TGF blog to check out the amazing projects by the rest of the TGF farmers and to also see the details for this challenge!

Thanks so much for stopping by and enjoy your weekend!!!

Hugs,
Marcy

This is part of a set of TGF handmade cards I've been for friends and family.  They're so easy to make now that I have quite a bit! :) I kept my card pretty simple just coloring up cute Anya with my Copic Markers and then adding lots of Wink of Stella glitter to her dress and also some white polka dots to the trim.   I also added some glossy accents to her Christmas Tree ornaments which I thought looks pretty cool!  For the sentiment, I stamped it using some versamark ink and then took some gold embossing powder over that to heat set.  It really looks so pretty against the kraft cardstock.

Here are the Supplies Used:
Santa Express - Doodlebug Designs
Black Tuxedo - Memento
Versamark Ink - Tsukineko

Loves Rubberstamps Inspiration Day: Cheers Anya Holiday card!

Happy Saturday Friends!  I wanted to share a fun holiday card I made recently.  I've had a lot of holiday events this week including our holiday luncheon at work.  I wanted to give out some handmade cards and I made a few using this adorable "Cheers Anya" from The Greeting Farm!

Here's a pic of it...

I kept my card pretty simple just coloring up cute Anya with my Copic Markers and then adding lots of Wink of Stella glitter to her dress and also some white polka dots to the trim.  To her wine glasses, I added some glossy accents and  I also scattered some colorful sequins and rhinestones onto the card base.  For the sentiment, I stamped it using some versamark ink and then took some gold embossing powder over that to heat set. It really looks so pretty against the kraft cardstock.  Oh and the fun background paper is from a collection called Santa Express by Doodlebug Designs.  Super adorable holiday papers!

Here are the Supplies Used:
Santa Express - Doodlebug Designs
Black Tuxedo - Memento
Versamark Ink - Tsukineko

Have a wonderful day  and thanks for stopping by!

Hugs,
Marcy
