The Greeting Farm March 2014 Blog Hop!!!

Hello Friends and Happy Saturday!!!  Can you believe it is March already?!!  Wow, time is just flying this 2014 year!  Well today is a special one also because it is our MARCH RELEASE DAY!!!  That's right, today all the previews you've been seeing the last few days are now available at the The Greeting Farm store! Whoot Whoot!!! :)

We are starting off the celebration with a Blog Hop and today, I'm bringing back the adorable "Up Up Bean"!  Here she is...

I think I mentioned that I am a big fan of the "Bean family" and she is already "up" there (no pun intended! LOL) as one of my favs! :)   For this card, I had to pick some pretty cloud papers to place her on.  I paper pieced my last card using this gal but today, I decided to color her up with my copics!  She's just so adorable and fun to play with using either technique!  I also added some stickles to her bow and balloons to really make her sparkle!  Love this little Bean gal!!!
I'm really thrilled with all of the March release images and I hope you are too!  "Up Up Bean", "Dollie with Bow" and "Dollie with Ice Cream" are all available in the TGF STORE now!  But that's not all of the exciting news...ONE LUCKY WINNER will receive the entire March release and will be announced Monday morning, so you have all weekend to hop!   How cool is that?!! :)  Good luck friends and thanks so much for a wonderful preview week! I had a ton of fun!

Your next stop is KRISTINA !!!
Here's the full blog hop list in case you get lost...

Loves Rubberstamps Saturday Inspiration: HOW are you doing?

Hello Friends!  I hope everyone is enjoying their weekends!  It's been rainy and gloomy here in California the last few days.  We can definitely use the rain but I'm hoping that the sun will at least peek out sometime this weekend!   In the meantime, I am hoping to get my cozy socks on, some hot cocoa and hopefully some crafting done today!:)  I also have a fun card to share with you all!

Here's it is...

Isn't she the sweetest thing?!!  This image is called "He Loves Me" by Crafty Sentiments.  I love her pretty little Indian outfit and how she is picking apart the flower in her hands!  The feathers are also so cute!   I had so much fun coloring her up with my copic markers.   It gave me plenty of practice with her hair !:)  The pretty papers I used are from the Maggie Holmes collection by Crate Paper.  I added some ribbon and some red rhinestones to finish off my card.  The sentiment "HOW are you doing" is from a PI MFT set called "Indian Girl".   I thought it went perfect with this sweet image.

Here are the Supplies Used:
He Loves Me - Crafty Sentiments
Indian Girl (PI) - My Favorite Things
Maggie Holmes - Crate Paper
Victorian Velvet - Tim Holtz Distress Ink
Black Tuxedo-Memento Ink

Be sure to stop by the Loves Rubberstamps store to see the items used on my card and to see all the cute Crafty Sentiment images!  There are some new releases and pre-orders in the store that are so adorable!!!

Also, make sure to come back tomorrow for the fun "Sensational Sunday" Blog hop!

Have a wonderful day!  Stay warm and stay dry! :)

Hugs

So what do y’all think?!  I love her sweet outfit and those cute balloons!!!  For this card, I used another favorite combo of mine with Kraft and Pink.  My die cut is the stitched white circle I cut her out with.  I love the look of stitched dies and would love to get more of these!  The papers are one of my favorites called Sweetheart from Doodlebug Design which you can also find at the TGF store.  I had a ton of fun paper piecing this cute gal!  I really do love all of the TGF collections but the "Bean" collection is definitely one of my favorites.  I'm so looking forward to creating more cards and projects with the cute  "Up Up Bean"!

"Up Up Bean" will be released at The Greeting Farm store on 3/1/2014.  Please check out The Greeting Farm Blog and all of the DT blogs to see their  fabulous  "Bean" creations!  Each day, they will be giving away the preview stamp of that day so make sure to leave comments as you visit so that you can own this adorable stamp set!

Okay,  I am so thrilled to see "Dollie with Bow" in red rubber! Yay!!!  This one comes with a bunch of sentiments and that cute little doggy you see there!  These dollies are so much fun to create with and I just love the sweet expressions on there faces!  For this card, I went with one of my favorite combos of teal and purple.  I punched out a pretty doily border to add to the side.  To me doilies and dollies just go together so well!!! :)

Hello Friends!!! Today is a special day as it is Preview Day #1 for The Greeting Farm's March 2014 release!!!  You might be familiar with this adorable image as she has been available at the TGF store as a digi....Introducing "Dollie with Ice Cream"!!!!

Here's my card for you today...

So when I saw the new stamp sets for this release, I was so excited!!! Secretly, I had been hoping that Marie made some of these adorable "dollie" images into rubber stamps!  So my wish came true!!! :)   I had so much fun creating with this "dollie" and I love how she has a triple scoop of ice cream in her hand. I mean who wouldn't feel more cheerful after some ice cream, right?  And this set comes with multiple sentiments which is awesome!  I thought "Best Day Ever" went perfect for my theme!   I colored up this cute gal using one of my favorite combos of gray and pink.  This is going to a friend who loves strawberry ice cream which is why I went for pink yumminess! :)

"Dollie with Ice Cream" will be released at The Greeting Farm store on 3/1/2014.  Please check out The Greeting Farm Blog as well as each of my fellow DT gals (Chitra, Lysa, Jodi and Kristina) to see their projects for the "Dollie with Ice Cream" preview.   Each day, they will be giving away the preview stamp of that day so make sure to leave comments today so you can own this super adorable stamp set!

Loves Rubberstamps Tuesday Challenge: Use Washi!

Hello Friends and welcome to The Loves Rubberstamps Tuesday Challenge! We have a fun challenge this week which is to "Use washi tape or faux washi tape"!

Our Fabulous sponsor this week is The Doodle Garden!!!

Here is my card...

Let me start with my image which is called "Last Beach Day" by The Doodle Gardens.  I just love the beach so this image really caught my eye and I thought it was so pretty!  I know we're not even in Spring yet but I just can't wait for the weather to warm up and to be able to hit the beach this Summer!  I colored up my image with my Copic Markers and added some Tim Holtz distress ink in Broken China around the edges.  I'm pretty new to using washi tape but I  really love seeing all the projects out there using it.  There are so many fun ways you can use it too!  As a newbie,  I kept my use of it today pretty simple and framed my cute image with some cute polka dot washi I picked up from Michaels.  I believe it's a Recollections brand.  The pretty papers I used for the background are called  "Here and Now" by Echo Park.  I further embellished my card with some recycled burlap rope tied in a knot holding a sea shell charm from my stash.

Here are some additional supplies used on my card:
Black Tuxedo - Memento

Please check out the Loves Rubberstamps store to see supplies used on my card.  Also, check out the Loves Rubberstamps Challenge blog to see what other  "washi" projects the rest of the Design Team made.  If you want to join this fun challenge, I'll post the details below and you could have a chance to win some great prizes from the store!

Hope you all like my  card!  Have a wonderful week and thanks so much for stopping by to visit! :)

Hugs,
Marcy
