Hello and Happy Tuesday! Hope you're all having a great day! With St. Patrick's Day right around the corner, we have a fun "Shades of Green" theme for the Loves Rubberstamps Tuesday challenge this week!
This pretty image is called Kaualani by Rick St. Dennis. Hawaii is one of my favorite places to be and so this image really makes me want to take a vacation to the beautiful islands soon! I colored up my image with my Copic Markers and then placed her on a Spellbinders called "Romantic Rectangles". The pretty clusters of flowers are fromWild Orchid Crafts. I also found some Prima bling flourishes in my stash to add. The pretty paper collection I used is called Random by Crate Paper. I tried to stay true to the theme by using lots of green but also had to throw in touches of my favorite color, pink! :) I also added some green ribbon from my stash which I tied into a double looped bow using my Bow it All.
Here are some additional supplies used on my card:

Hello Friends! Happy Saturday!!! Today is my Loves Rubberstamps Inspiration Day to share a project with you all!!! I can't wait to share a fun card I've made for today!
Here's it is...
So with this year flying, I thought it might be a good time to get started on some Teacher cards. I've been seeing a lot of these cute file folder cards everywhere and thought this would be so cute for my school theme! So first let me tell you about the cute image I used. This is the adorable Cheeky Lessons by The Greeting Farm. Isn't she too cute with the apple by her side and her spunky glasses?!! I colored her up with my copic markers and made sure her dress was blue, which is my son Noah's teacher's favorite color! :) The fun school design papers I used are called Paper & Glue by Echo Park. These are so perfect for a school theme. Now for my actual file folder card, I made this using the popular We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board. If you want to watch a tutorial, just go to You Tube and type in "File Folder card". There are several videos out there and believe me, I watched almost all of them! LOL Really, it's so so easy to make one of these and can be used for so many different themes! Just decorate it however you want and add embellishments. I like adding my sentiment to the tab just like you would to label a file folder. I also found a colored paper clip from my stash to add to my embellishments in addition to some twine and red rhinestones. So much fun!!!
Happy TGIF Friends! I'm so happy the weekend is finally here! And with no more rain (for now), the weekend is looking to be a gorgeous one!!! We have a "Birthday" theme going on for this week's Farm Fresh Friday challenge at The Greeting Farm. This theme couldn't have come at a better time as I have a lot of birthdays coming up this month to make cards for! :)
So I immediately thought of one of my favorite TGF birthday images for this theme which is Birthday Anya II! This cute Anya holding her cupcake is just so adorable!!! I have been practicing my "No-Line" Technique for some time so I thought I'd be brave and post this latest creation. No turning back now for me! LOL Although I still need to practice, practice, practice, I'm really happy with the way she came out! I really like the look of the images using this technique and will definitely be doing this more often! I stamped Anya using Desert Sand Memento Ink and then colored her up with my copics. Not sure if you can see on her cupcake, but I did use a glue pen on the frosting piece so that I could add some Dazzling Diamonds on top. It's so shimmery and pretty up close! I also used my Gelly Roll pen in Clear Star over her dress to give it more definition and some sparkle! :) The fun papers I used for the background, banners and doily die cut behind cute Anya is called RSVP by Basic Grey. These papers can also be found in the TGF store.
Please check out The Greeting Farm blog to get the details on this challenge and to see the other "Birthday" themed projects from the rest of the DT gals. Happy TGIF and thanks so much for stopping by!
Hello Friends and welcome to The Loves Rubberstamps Tuesday Challenge! Hope you're all having a great week! We've had a weekend of rain which was very much needed but it's nice that the sun has finally come out again for us! So for this week's challenge, our theme is the favorite "Anything Goes"! Yeah!!!
So this adorable image is part of the "Honey" collection at Scrapper's Delights and is called "Honey 3". All of the images in this collection are so sweet! I colored up my image with my Copic Markersand added some Tim Holtz distress ink in Victorian Velvet around the edges. Since this image is so pretty and "girly", I couldn't resist but add lots of pink to this card and also lots of Wild Orchid Crafts flowers! So much fun!!! I also added some leaves made from my Martha Stewart leaf punch using some of the designer papers. The pretty paper collection I used is called Beautiful Life by Echo Park...One of my favorite paper pads right now! To finish off my card, I added some thin pink ribbon I've had in my stash forever and also some small pieces of bling for some added sparkle! :)
Here are some additional supplies used on my card:
