I used  "Monday Morning" for my card today.   Here she is....

As I mentioned yesterday, "Monday Morning" is my favorite gal of the 3 featured for March...although I do love all of them!  I've always been a "Creeper" fan and she is just too adorable!  She is so versatile in the way she looks based on the way you color her up.  Today,  I wanted to go with a blond "Monday Morning" and a gold and black color combo.  I'm so happy with the way my card came out and this TGF girl really brightens up any project.  I could go on and on about this cute girl but I'm sure many of you feel the same way and are off to purchase her today! :)
We have a spectacular BLOG HOP for you today, starting on the TGF blog!   Even more exciting?  ONE lucky winner will receive the ENTIRE MARCH RELEASE as the prize!  Simply follow the list of participants, including our fabulous PREMIERE Guest Team, leave some comments, and come back to the TGF BLOG letting us know you've hopped.  The winner will be announced on SATURDAY morning so you have until 11:30pm CST today to complete the hop and keep your fingers crossed!
Can't wait to find out who wins?  Everything is now available in the store, so happy shopping and let's MARCH into Spring!

Loves Rubberstamps Tuesday Challenge using Anastasia

Hello and welcome to Loves Rubberstamps Tuesday Challenge!!! Hope everyone is starting off their week well! Our weekend was spent mostly trying to relax and keep the family healthy from the colds we keep passing back and forth to each other! My hubby and I did have a chance to have a little date night and watch Silver Linings Playbook. And the good thing was that it was just in time for the Oscars on Sunday!  Jennifer Lawrence did a great job and I'm so glad she won!

So this week's challenge theme is Create a Tag or use a tag on your project.

Our fantastic sponsor is QKR Stampede!

Here are some pics of my project...

Tag Envelope Front

Tag Envelope Back

Tag Envelope and Tag

I found an old Seven Gypsies open envelope in my stash and decided to make a tag holder for my tag! The beautiful girl I have on the front of my tag envelope is Anastasia by Make it Crafty. Isn't this image so pretty?!! I can't wait to get the other images! I stamped her with my memento ink in Black Tuxedo and colored her up with my copic markers.  It was definitely a lot of coloring but so much fun! The paper collection I used for my project is another Glitz favorite called Muse! These are beautiful vintage looking papers. I edged all the papers with my distress inks in Walnut Stain and Aged Mahogany since there are a lot of reddish tones on my project.  The flowers are a combo of Wild Orchid Crafts and Prima. I added some pretty pearls to the middles of the teal flowers and sprayed them all up with my Tattered Angels Iridescent Gold. I glued them all down using Best Glue Ever by ScraPerfect.
The tag I kept plain because I'm not sure whom I will give it to yet.  I did add a smaller tag to it which has a Rose digi by QKR Stampede.  After coloring the rose with the same colors, I thought it matched perfectly with my Anastasia image and all the roses around her.  I also used some pretty Teal ribbon which I found at Michaels  to tie on top of the tag and also added a small butterfly charm. The pearl trims were also added to further embellish the project.

Please check out the Loves Rubberstamps store to see supplies used on my card.  Also, check out the Loves Rubberstamps Challenge blog to see what other  projects the rest of the Design Team made.  If you want to join this fun challenge, I'll post the details below and you could have a chance to win some great prizes form the store.

Hope you all like my card for the week!  Have a fantastic rest of the week and thanks so much for stopping by!

Love Rubberstamps Sensational Sunday Inspirations using Summer Fairy

Hi Blogger Friends!  Hope everyone is having a great weekend! I've been working on a getting together a lot of projects completed this week.  I have some exciting news to share... I've been selected to be on the Guest Designer Team for The Greeting Farm for the March Release.  I think you all know how I love the Greeting Farm so this is really awesome for me!  I'll be posting some of my TGF projects in the next few days to preview the new release images and let me tell you that they are so super adorable! I'll be posting more details in the next coming days so look out for that! :)

So this weekend I also had a chance to try making a new type of card called the Concerto Card.  You may have seen this card also made by my fellow designers Athina and Dangina.  Here's the tutorial here in case you want to check it out.

Here is the card I created....

Let me tell you that I am not the greatest with some of the instructions I've seen for some card tutorials out there and I thought it would be the same issue with this one when I first saw it.  But actually, when you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to make.  I had so much fun making this card and have already made two of these! The card uses Summer Fairy by Whimsy Stamps.  I couldn't wait to use this image and she is so adorable!  I stamped this pretty image using my favorite memento ink in Black Tuxedo and colored her up with my copic markers. I added some Ranger stickles in Mint Ice to parts of her wings and her shoes.  The paper collection I used is my favorite Prima Collection called Fairy Flora  These papers are so gorgeous!  I edged all of my papers with Tim Holtz distress ink in Brushed Corduroy which is now my favorite distress ink.  I love this!  The pretty pearl flower trim is from Scrapbooking with Me on Zibbet and the cute pretty teal and white trim is from Webster's Pages. The beautiful roses and cherry blossoms are from I am Roses.  I sprayed these up with my Tattered Angels Iridescent Gold to give it some pretty shimmer. These flowers were all glued down using Best Glue Ever by ScraPerfect.  The sentiment actually comes from a MFT Pure Innocence set called Believe in Magic...another fun Fairy set. I just love Fairies!!!:)

Please be sure to check out the Loves Rubberstamps store to find this Summer Fairy stamp and so many others including crafting supplies used on this project.  Also check out the Loves Rubberstamps blog to see what the rest of the design team made and to also have a chance to win some vouchers from the store (See details below) .

Loves Rubberstamps Tuesday Challenge using Birdie Brown's Retro Girl 3

Hello and welcome to Loves Rubberstamps Tuesday Challenge!!! Hope everyone had a great weekend and that some of you might have had an extended one with the Presidents holiday on Monday.  Even with the extra day, it seems like the weekend always seems to go by way too fast!!!  I feel like I need an extra 12 hours a day to keep up with what I need to do! LOL  Anyways, on to the challenge....

So this week's challenge theme is "Lots of Layers"

Our wonderful sponsor for the week is Birdie Brown!

Here is my card...

So the adorable image I used is a digi by Birdie Brown called Retro Girl 3!  I love this cute girl.  In fact,  I love all of their Retro Girls.  They are too cute!  I colored her up with my copic markers as well as the skyscraper window scene which is from a La La Land Crafts Super Hero stamp set I've had for some time. I thought it would be fun to add this next to my Retro Girl so she could have a nice view while sipping her coffee! :)   The paper collection I used for the card is one of my favorites from Glitz called Cashmere Dame! I absolutely love Glitz paper and I love this collection.  I layered different papers from this collection on the body of the card as well as the borders on the top and bottom.  I edged all the papers with my distress ink in Frayed Burlap.  Also, for additional layering, I layered some Prima flowers with some  cute small rose buds from I Am Roses to the middles of the flowers. I sprayed these up with my Tattered Angels Iridescent Gold.  Finally, I don't think you can see it too well on the card but I did add an extra layer of my Retro Girl's scarf on top of the original one to give it some added dimension.  I stamped my sentiment with Memento ink in Black Tuxedo and also added some cute Candi dots using the Toy Box Collection on all four corners of my card.

Loves Rubberstamps Sensational Sunday Inspirations using Saturated Canary's Valentine's Petals

Hello! Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend and that some of you may even have a longer weekend due to the President's Day holiday! I've been enjoying my weekend a little too much when it comes to all the online holiday specials.  I feel like I'm on crafting spree including 2 trips to my local Michael's already this weekend! Yikes!!! LOL  Oh well, I think I'll have to slow it down until next paycheck!  I am excited to have an extra day for relaxation and hopefully some crafting! :)

So at least some of my crafting items went to good use in creating a project for my Loves Rubberstamps Sensational Sunday Inspiration for today!

Here is the card I created....

Even though Valentine's Day just ended, I still had a few V-Day cards to make and I really wanted to use this adorable stamp from Saturated Canary called Valentine's Petals.  This stamp set is so cute and comes with 3 different sentiments.  I stamped this pretty image using my favorite memento ink in Black Tuxedo and colored her up with my copic markers. The paper collection I used is by Authentique and is called the Lovely Collection.  These papers are so gorgeous!  I distressed most of the papers with my Tim Holtz distress tool and then edged all of them with my distress inks in Victorian Velvet and Spun Sugar.  The beautiful roses, buds and crochet white flowers are from I Am Roses.  I sprayed these up with my Tattered Angels Iridescent Gold to give it some nice shimmer. These flowers were all glued down using Best Glue Ever by ScraPerfect.  The pink pearl bling is from Recollections.

Please be sure to check out the Loves Rubberstamps store to find the newest releases for Saturated Canary stamps and other crafting supplies used on this project.  Also check out the Loves Rubberstamps blog to see what the rest of the design team made and to also have a chance to win some vouchers from the store (See details below) .

Hope you all like my card!  Thanks for stopping by and have a great President's Day holiday weekend!
