Loves Rubberstamps Saturday Inspiration: Gorjuss Girls Love You!

Hello and Happy Saturday!  Hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend!  I have a card share for you all and here it is...

I'm a big fan of the Gorjuss Girls images which are all so adorable!  It had been a while since I've colored up one of my stamp sets so I was excited to create my inspiration card this week using a very sweet image called "I Gave You My Heart".  I colored this cutie up with my Copic Markers and then added Wink of Stella to parts of her dress to add some sparkle.   I kept it pretty simple just adding the beautiful papers from one of my favorite TC collections called  "Everyday Moments".  I also added a doily from my stash and some blue sequins.  The fun die cut sentiment called  Love & Adore You is from My Favorite Things.  I'm really loving the look of die cut sentiments on my cards!

Here is the full supply list for my card:
I Gave You My Heart - Gorjuss Girls
Black Tuxedo - Memento Ink
Salty Ocean - Tim Holtz Distress Ink
Clear Glitter Brush Marker - Wink of Stella
Everyday Moments  - Teresa Collins

Have a wonderful weekend and thanks for stopping by!

Hugs,
Marcy

Loves Rubberstamps Tuesday Challenge: Thinking of You!

Happy Tuesday and welcome to a new Loves Rubberstamps challenge!  This week our theme is to "Add Flowers"!

Our fabulous sponsor this week is Art by Miran!

Here is my card...

Art by Miran gave us some very adorable images to play with and I picked this sweet Tulipa!  Isn't she so pretty and I love all the flowers in the background and the tulips she is holding.  Perfect for this challenge, right?!!  I colored up my image with copic markers and then added lots of Wink of Stella all over the flowers and her dress for lots of pretty shimmer.  The gorgeous papers came from my hoard vault and are from a collection called "The Sweetest Thing" by My Mind's Eye.  I just love the floral prints which I thought matched up well with Tulipa!  To finish off my card, I added some pink jute rope, some small pink rhinestones and a multi-colored rose from Wild Orchid Crafts!

Here is my complete supply List:

Tulipa - Art By Miran
The Sweetest Thing - My Mind's Eye
Salty Ocean - Tim Holtz Distress Ink

Thanks so much for stopping by and  have a wonderful Tuesday!

I always have so much fun getting "girly" with my cards and the cute "Anya" images from The Greeting Farm are always perfect for that!  This image is called "Fairy Queen Anya" and she is super adorable.    I  just LOVE fairy princesses! :)  I colored Anya up with my Copic Markers and then added lots of Wink of Stella on her crown, wings and dress for lots of sparkle.  I decided to distress the pretty papers I used which are from a collection called Enchanted Garden by  Bo Bunny.  This collection is so beautiful and perfect for your mystical images!  Of course I had to add a bunch of Wild Orchid Crafts flowers and some bling too to finish off my card!

Here is the full supply list for my card:

Loves Rubberstamps Tuesday Challenge: Oh Happy Day!

Hello and Happy Tuesday Friends!  Hope everyone had a fantastic Easter weekend!  Today starts a new Loves Rubberstamps Challenge and the theme is the all so popular "Anything Goes"!!!

Our fabulous sponsor this week is Shape Ez by TLC!

Here is my card...

I've had this adorable image called Tilda with Egg and Chicken for quite some time and so I was excited to finally take her out to create a fun Easter card!  I colored her up with my copic markers and then cut her out with an oval stitch die.  The papers which are from a collection called Country Drive by Echo Park Paper Co are so cute that I didn't really want to layer too much on this card.  Instead, I thought some pretty Wild Orchid Crafts roses and some enamel dots would look pretty as embellishments to finish off my card.

Here is my complete supply List:
Country Drive - Echo Park Paper Co
Salty Ocean - Tim Holtz Distress Ink
Flowers - Wild Orchid Crafts

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful week!

Hugs,

Loves Rubberstamps Saturday Inspiration: Easter Card With Love

Hello Friends!  I hope you're enjoying your weekend so far and that some of you are enjoying the Easter festivities going on this week and weekend!

Here is an Easter card I've made for my Loves Rubberstamps Inspiration Day....

I had so much fun making this card and especially with these cute bunnies from the Lawn Fawn set called Snow Day.  Even though this stamp set can easily be used for Christmas, it can also be used for Easter and many other occasions.  I mean who doesn't love cute bunnies, right?!! :) This card is going to my mom from my kids and it's perfect since there are 3 little bunnies to represent each of them!  For the background, I had fun watercoloring using some Tim Holtz distress inks over an embossed background stamp called BG Gingham Background from My Favorite Things.  I really like the way it came out with the soft colors which match the copic colors I used on this image.  To finish off my card, I scattered some sequins on top and also took out my bow it all to make a festive 3 looped bow!

Here is the full supply list for my card:
Snow Day - Lawn Fawn
BG Gingham Background - My Favorite Things
Black Tuxedo - Memento Ink
Salty Ocean - Tim Holtz Distress Ink
Peacock Feathers - Tim Holtz Distress Ink
Mustard Seed - Tim Holtz Distress Ink
Wink of Stella - Coming soon!

Make sure to check out the Loves Rubberstamps store to see all of the adorable Lawn Fawn Set!

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful weekend!  For those of you celebrating the Easter holiday, may you have a special day with families and loved ones!

Hugs,
Marcy
