Hope you're all having a great weekend and enjoying the Christmas holiday festivities! It was a busy one for us with 2 of my kids being in the local Christmas parade.  Boy was that hectic running around and trying to get to where we needed to be in the midst of all the crazy traffic and closed streets!!! However, once we got seated and actually had a chance to enjoy the parade, it was fun as usual. After, we enjoyed some more family fun at our local community center and then Sat. evening, we headed over to watch the boat parade of lights which is always so pretty! Definitely a weekend of "Christmas spirit"! :)  As for Christmas shopping, I am way behind!  Hopefully I can get to the mall soon or maybe this holiday season, I'll make good friends with Amazon! :)  Anyways, on to my inspiration... I still had to catch up on a few teacher cards so I made some this weekend to share!
Here's my 1st Card...

This card features MFT's PI "Holiday Hugs Snowman".  Now this is the older version of the newer snowman with hanging ornaments but I still love this cute guy!  After coloring him up with my Copics, I used my Tim Holtz distress ink in "Broken China" to make him more "frosty"! :)  The papers I used are from My Mind's Eye called "Be Merry".  Really fun papers! The sentiment "Holiday Hugs" also comes from the same fun stamp set.  I added some Christmas Recollection flowers I had in my stash as well as some red rhinestones.  The pretty white trim peaking out is also from my stash.

Here is my 2nd card...

Now this one is pretty "CAS" for me! I had so much fun trying out this "Die-Namics Spring Wreath Die Set" by MFT.  Along with the wreath, there are stand alone leaves which I layered on.  Then I added the pretty bow which also comes in the set and some red rhinestones.  Voila!!! A cute little Christmas wreath!  So much fun!!!  The papers and the sentiment are from Recollections.   Simple card but I thought it definitely turned out really pretty!  Both of these cards are going to my son, Ethan's, Preschool teachers. I hope that they like them!!!

Here are the additional supplies I used on my project:
Pumice Stone-Tim Holtz Distress Ink
Black Tuxedo-Memento Ink

And here's one more set of  "Marcy CAS" style holiday cards which went to some of my co-workers this last week!:)  I used The Greeting Farm's "Holiday Anya 3". I'm so happy that they were enjoyed by the recipients.  I also had so much fun playing with my new envelope punch board and using up my tons of 12x12 Christmas pads!  I just love love this new toy!  Instead of using adhesive to seal the backs, I used some washi tape which turned out looking pretty cute! :)

Here they are...

Hope you all like my Christmas cards and thanks so much for stopping by! :)
Your next stop is Joni!
