This card uses MFT's "PI Skater Boy" and it was also perfect timing to make it for my son, Noah's 9th birthday which was a few days ago! I stamped up this cute little boy using my memento ink in "Black Tuxedo" and colored him up with my copics. I used the paper collection by Simple Stories called "Summer Fresh" to paper piece his shirt and skateboard. I also used the fun papers for the background and also to make banners using the MFT "Banner Day" die. I stamped "Noah" using a random stamp set I had. Then I used my 1/4" circle to punch out the letters which I placed on dimensionals on top of each banner. I also have some brown twine linking each banner together. I added the same twine which I tied in a bow on top of a brown button as added embellishment. The sentiment "Happy Birthday Dude" is also from the same MFT "PI Skater Boy" collection. Finally I edged all papers with my Tim Holtz distress ink in "Frayed Burlap". Hope you all like my card! I had so much fun making it!
