Loves Rubberstamps Tuesday Challenge featuring TPS Japanese Cute Doll

Hello and welcome to Loves Rubberstamps Tuesday Challenge!!! Hope you're all enjoying your week so far!  This week has started out a little crazy and hectic at work for me but hopefully it will be "smooth sailing" the rest of the week!  I can only wish, right?!!! LOL  At least the sun is back out with warm weather and my son, Ryan had an awesome game last night. Even though I only caught the last half, I was able to witness their team victory! Go Texas Rangers!!! :)

So this week's challenge is a St. Patrick's Day theme or to use the color Green.

Our wonderful sponsor is The Paper Shelter!

Here is my card...

I just love The Paper Shelter digis and when she was provided to us as one of the samples, I couldn't wait to use her on my project!  She is called "Japanese Cute Doll" which fits her perfectly!  I loved pairing her up with my Graphic 45 Bird Song papers.  I have been hoarding these paper for quite some time (as I do with all my G45's!) but I thought it would be a perfect match so I gave in! LOL  I edged all the papers with my distress ink in Black Soot. The ribbon is one I recently purchased from Michaels and I added a small chinese coin charm which I had in my stash held together by a garment pin.  I have a black doily peeking out behind.  This week I am obsessed with doilies! LOL  Love this black one and need to remember where I purchased them so I can purchase more before I run out!  The flowers are from I am Roses.  I love the red Cherry blossoms for Japanese themed projects and the cute teal rose brought in extra color.  I also added some butterflies which were from a Martha Stewart punch.  I glued my flowers and butterflies down using Best Glue Ever by ScraPerfect.   The sentiment "Konnichiwa!" is actually from another pretty Japanese set called Kimono Marci from La La Land Crafts.  I can't wait to use her soon as well! :)  I stamped this sentiment using my memento ink in Black Tuxedo

Please check out the Loves Rubberstamps store to see supplies used on my card.  Also, check out the Loves Rubberstamps Challenge blog to see what other  projects the rest of the Design Team made.  If you want to join this fun challenge, I'll post the details below and you could have a chance to win some great prizes form the store.

Loves Rubberstamps "Sensational Sunday Inspirations" featuring Pure Innocence 4 Leaf Clover

Hello Bloggers and hope everyone is having a great Sunday!

Today is "Sensational Sunday Inspirations" over at Loves Rubberstamps and I wanted to share my inspiration card with all of you!  Here it is...

I decided to make a St. Patrick's Day themed card using the cute Pure Innocence girl called "4 Leaf Clover" by MFT.  I just love love the PI collection and it had been a while since I had used one of these cute stamps so today was perfect for it! :)  I stamped my cute clover gal using my favorite memento ink in Black Tuxedo and colored her up with my copic markers. I decided to paper piece her pants with the designer paper.  The paper collection I used is by Simple Stories and called Summer Fresh. These papers are really fun to use for any type of project.  I edged all of my papers with Tim Holtz distress ink in Pumice Stone except for the doily which I edged with Peeled Paint.  I'm loving the distress inks lately and Laura sells every color you would want in the store!  I added some green rhinestones to decorate the doily further. My roses and cherry blossom in the corner are sprayed with Tattered Angels Iridescent Gold to give it some pretty shimmer.  I also added some paper leaves which I punched from a Martha Stewart punch I had at home. These flowers and leaves were all glued down using Best Glue Ever by ScraPerfect.  The sentiment also comes from this same stamp stamp set.  I love how the PI stamp sets always come with the perfect sentiments!  Finally, I added some green twine tied together with a brown button I had in my stash to give this card further embellishment.

Please be sure to check out the Loves Rubberstamps store to find many of the Pure Innocence stamp sets and so many others including crafting supplies used on this project.  Also check out the Loves Rubberstamps blog to see what the rest of the design team made and to also have a chance to win some vouchers from the store (See details below) .

Loves Rubberstamps Tuesday Challenge featuring Lolli Beatrice

Hello and welcome to Loves Rubberstamps Tuesday Challenge!!! Hope you're all enjoying your week so far!  This weekend in California felt like summer and today, it's back to rain and gloom! :( I was enjoying the sunshine so I hope it comes back soon!

So this week's challenge is the favorite "Anything Goes"!!!  That means "Anything" you make fits this challenge!!!

Our fantastic sponsor is he Cutting Cafe!

Here is my project...

Inside

So for this project I paired up the Cutting Cafe's Lollipop card template with an image called "Lolli Beatrice".  She is from C.C. Designs and super adorable! I couldn't wait to use her and thought she was perfect for this card.  She is so small and cute! I stamped her with my memento ink in Black Tuxedo and colored her up with my copic markers.  The papers I used are the Lost and Found 3 Collection by My Mind's Eye called Ruby.  Talk about gorgeous papers! I edged all the papers with my distress inks in Pumice Stone and Victorian Velvet.  I added some Recollection pearls to further embellish the face of the lollipop and also some red ribbon which I just picked up recently at Michael's.  I kept it pretty simple since I didn't want to cover up the lollipop shape.  For the inside, I took a sentiment from the Cutting Cafe's "Sweet Things" which says "Got Sweets".  So perfect with this card!

Loves Rubberstamps "Sensational Sunday Inspirations" featuring Nancy Drew!

Hello!  I'm back again! Gosh, I haven't blogged so much in one week as I have this past week!  With being part of the TGF Guest Design Team for their fabulous March release and my projects for both Loves Rubberstamps and Scrapbook Stamp Society, I have been blogging away like crazy! LOL
At least I am blogging about a passion I love, right?!  :)

Well today is the Loves Rubberstamps "Sensational Sunday Inspirations" so here's my inspiration for you!

I decided to make a card using Nancy Drew by Kraftin'Kimmie.  Laura has this new collection in the store and let me tell you that all the stamps for this collection are so adorable!  I can't wait to get more of these Kraftin' Kimmie stamp which are really growing on me. I love them!!!  I loved Nancy Drew growing up...both the books and the TV show so I had to get this one first and use her right away!  I stamped cute Nancy using my favorite memento ink in Black Tuxedo and colored her up with my copic markers. I decided to paper piece her skirt which I thought would be fun and a little retro with the plaid design.  The paper collection is part of the Lost and Found 3 papers by My Mind's Eye called Oliver.  These papers are beautiful and so versatile to use for different types of projects.  I edged all of my papers with Tim Holtz distress ink in Pumice Stone.  The Spellbinders behind the image is called Scalloped Circles. The arrow you see there is cut out with some designer paper using a template from Kiwi Lanes.  I thought it would be fun to point to the sentiment since Nancy is trying to find her clue! :) My daisy in the corner are some layered petals from Prima with a rose bud center.  I sprayed these up with my Tattered Angels Iridescent Gold to give it some pretty shimmer. These flowers were all glued down using Best Glue Ever by ScraPerfect.  The sentiment also comes from this same Nancy Drew stamp set.  The Kraftin' Kimmie sentiments alway match perfectly with the image and I love that!

Please be sure to check out the Loves Rubberstamps store to find all the new Kraftin' Kimmie stamps and so many others including crafting supplies used on this project.  Also check out the Loves Rubberstamps blog to see what the rest of the design team made and to also have a chance to win some vouchers from the store (See details below) .

Hope you all like my card!  Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great week ahead!

SSS Flower Tag using digi Kate 2 by artist Adriane Mascotti

Hello!  Hope everyone is having a great weekend!  I wanted to share my project for Scrapbook Stamp Society.  I made another Flower Tag using the digi Kate 2 by artist Adriane Mascotti.  I had so much fun making this flower tag with this image.  She is really adorable and so fun to color up.  I took part of a flower mini album I picked up at Michael's in the dollar bin to use as a base for my tag.  I colored up this sweet image with my copic markers and then cut her out with my Spellbinders-Blossom.  The paper collection I used for the background is called Country Drive by Echo Park which is a really "girlie" collection.  I thought it would go perfect with this image, especially this paper with all the flowers on it.  I edged both the image cut out and paper with my Tim Holtz distress ink in Victorian Velvet.  I added some small Recollection flowers.  These were originally plain white and I sprayed them up with Lindy Stamp Gang in "Cotton Candy" and Tattered Angels in "Sunshine". Finally, I added a wide eyelet and some crinkled pink seam binding.  Pretty simple but cute! :)  The sentiment comes from the "Anya Blooms" TGF stamp set I previewed a few days ago.

Please check out the Scrapbook Stamp Society Blog to see what other projects the Design Team has made.  Also check out the Scrapbook Stamp Society store for tons of fun images to use for your crafting projects!

Hope you like this tag and thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great rest of the weekend!
