Loves Rubberstamps Tuesday Challenge: Oh Happy Day!

Happy Tuesday Friends! Hope everyone is having a great week!  We have a fun challenge over at Loves Rubberstamps for you all and the theme is "Wings"!!!  This could be Fairies, Angels, Butterflies...You name it!  Just have fun with it!

Our fabulous sponsor this week is The Paper Shelter!!!

Here is my card:

The sweet image on my card is "Shiny Bean" who is part of the Bean collection from The Greeting Farm.  What is so awesome is that she is now part of the Magical Kit which has all of the Bean gals included in one set!!!  How cool is that?!! :)   These images are all of my favorites and they're so adorable!!!  For this challenge,  I had fun creating a shaped card using one of my Spellbinders as a base. I added some pretty polka dot paper in the background, some trims and of course some Wild Orchid Craft flowers to embellish my card!  The sentiment is also from this fun kit!

Here are some other supplies used on my card:

Copic Markers

Picked Raspberry - Tim Holtz Distress Ink

Black Tuxedo - Memento Ink

Mono Multi Liquid Glue - Tombow

Please check out the Loves Rubberstamps store to find this wonderful Magical Kit along with other TGF stamp sets.  Also, check out the Loves Rubberstamps Challenge blog to see the other fun projects made by the DT!  If you want to join this fun challenge, I'll post the details below and you could have a chance to win some great prizes from the store!

Loves Rubberstamps Inspiration Day: You are Fabulous!

Hello Friends!!!  It's my Inspiration Day over at Loves Rubberstamps and  I have a fun card to share with you all...

Here it is...

I've had this adorable Retro Marci stamp set from La La Land Crafts for quite some time so I was so thrilled to finally take her out to create with!  I colored up cute Marci with my copic markers and then had some fun adding some white polka dots with my white gel pen and lots of Wink of Stella in clear to give her tons of shimmer all over!  You can't really see it in the photo but I also added a thin layer of glossy accents over the lenses of her eyeglasses and they look so cool in person! :)  For my background, I just kept it pretty simple by adding a black doily and some black and white trim I had in my stash.  The pretty paper in the background is from Echo Park called "Dots and Stripes".   I decided to add some white enamel dots by My Mind's Eye to tie in with the polka dots on the paper and for some added embellies!  The sentiment "You are Fabulous" also comes with this fun stamp set.   I stamped it onto some dp using Versamark Ink  and then added my favorite black sparkling embossing powder by Ranger.

Here are the Supplies Used:

Retro Marci - La La Land Crafts

Dots and Stripes - Echo Park

copic markers Distress Ink

Black Tuxedo - Memento Ink

Versamark Watermark Stamp Pad - Tsukineko

Black Sparkling Embossing Powder - Ranger

Enamel Dots - My Mind's Eye

Be sure to stop by the Loves Rubberstamps store to see the items used on my card as well as all of the fantastic La La Land Crafts stamp sets.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Hugs,

Marcy
