Hope you are all having a fun and relaxing Sunday! I'm excited to share another fun project with you all for the Blog Hop!
So here's my card for my share today!
This darling image is called An Apple for Teacher by MFT. With the end of the school year rapidly approaching, I wanted to make some Teacher cards and I had been wanting to using this image since I picked it up! I colored up my teacher with my copic sketch markers and cut her out with a Spellbinders die called Labels Fourteen. The papers I used in the background are from a collection called Summer Fresh by Simple Stories. I have used this collection for so many projects and I definitely need to pick up another pack of these fun papers. Behind my image I used my MFT Die called Dienamic Notebook Edge Die which I thought went well with the theme. I edged all my papers with my Tim Holtz distress ink in Pumice Stone. The pretty roses in the corner are from Wild Orchid Crafts. I sprayed these up with Tattered Angels Iridescent Gold to give them some pretty shimmer and glued them all down using Best Glue Ever by ScraPerfect. The sentiment "You are Appreciated" is also from the same MFT stamp set . I stamped this on a handmade banner using memento ink in Black Tuxedo. I added some bling and the cute paperclip with the star from Recollections to finish it off.
Please be sure to check out the Loves Rubberstamps store to find crafting supplies used on this project. Also check out the Loves Rubberstamps blog to see design team projects as well as information on prizes and winnings!
Hope you all like my card and thanks so much for stopping by!
