Hello and welcome to the Loves Rubberstamps Tuesday Challenge! The challenge this week is "Fall Leaves or Pumpkins"!!! Now with Halloween and Thanksgiving coming up, it's the perfect time to get your cards/projects together and join us for this fun challenge! :)
Here is my project...
This is a Criss Cross card which I made into a treat bag holder. I love this sweet digi image called "Fall Bear, which is part of the new Monkey Feet collection by All That Scraps. I had so much fun making this project. This will go to my youngest son Ethan's preschool teacher as a Thanksgiving/Fall gift since his school does not celebrate Halloween. Below is a picture of the card/treat bag with the treats! I've added a chocolate bar which I covered with the design papers, some yellow twine and a sentiment "for you from me". I also added a packet of some Star Buck's hot cocoa and a tag also made with dp which I will write a note on and will have Ethan write on the back.
Decorated chocolate bar and tag
I'm really happy with the way this card/treat holder came out and I really love this paper collection! I definitely want to make more of these for the holidays coming up. Just so much fun!!!
Here are the additional supplies I used on my project:
Apple Cider-Bo Bunny
Brushed Corduroy-Tim Holtz Distress Ink
Lacey Circles-Spellbinders
Leaf Punch-Martha Stewart
Mono Multi-Liquid Glue-Tombow
Black Tuxedo-Memento Ink
Rose and cherry blossoms-Wild Orchid Crafts
